Description of the voting issue:  This vote is to decide if Moquini should spend more for the existing boardwalk. The current boardwalk is 20 years old. As you can see by the photos below. It is currently made out of plain pine. The wood has not been designed to weather a wet environment. Nails were used in its construction. They are popping up all along the walk. Two adults in the past year have fallen while using it as their feet went through the rotting boards in two locations. Etc…….
