Description of the voting issue:  This vote is to decide if Moquini should spend more for improving the road edges. The current edges consist of 6 different types of materials used in different combinations.  As you can see by the photos below. There is plain grass.  Large river rock.  Small grey gravel.  Sand.  River rock with cement.  River rock with grass and assorted mixtures of all materials.  The edges become more eroded the closer one goes to the ocean.
